I chose Sam to sell my investment property in Forestville, due to his outstanding reputation and vast knowledge of the area, as well as his excellent performance record. From our first meeting, I felt immediately at ease, as Sam is very genuine and personable. I've worked with agents before, but Sam stood out as ethical, transparent, and respectful (to both the seller and buyer) throughout the whole process. Although the final sale price was lower than anticipated, I can't fault Sam for his efforts. Sam was very professional, proactive, and worked hard to get buyers through the door. He was honest with me about the market feedback and guided me towards a realistic outcome. Sam kept me informed after every open house and guided me throughout the campaign with integrity. Sam is a unicorn real estate agent that has mastered being the calmest, kindest, and most trustworthy real estate agent and yet still manages to get the highest price. Throughout the process, Sam was honest about the price we could expect (even though it wasn’t as high as our unrealistic expectations). He gently guided us to understand the market nuances, and we got at the top of the market at the time. Selling your home is so stressful, and having a team that is calm and supportive right up until settlement, is invaluable. We couldn’t recommend him more highly and have now sold 2 properties via Raine and Horne. Sam and the Team are true professionals. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
