Easy to talk to, does what he says he'll do

Sam is great, likewise the rest of his team. He is attentive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and does what he says he'll do. He organised all aspects of the sale of my house, swiftly and without any fuss. While I was hoping to get a higher price, my disappointment was with the market (which had slumped), not with Sam's performance. All in all, I think he did well and I'm happy to recommend him and his colleagues.

Great local agency with thorough knowledge of the area, highly recommend.

Market value in the current market Sam and Claudia were honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was always 11/10 from the very first meeting until the day and after the property was sold. An agent with integrity

I chose Sam to sell my investment property in Forestville, due to his outstanding reputation and vast knowledge of the area, as well as his excellent performance record. From our first meeting, I felt immediately at ease, as Sam is very genuine and personable. I've worked with agents before, but Sam stood out as ethical, transparent, and respectful (to both the seller and buyer) throughout the whole process. Although the final sale price was lower than anticipated, I can't fault Sam for his efforts. Sam was very professional, proactive, and worked hard to get buyers through the door. He was honest with me about the market feedback and guided me towards a realistic outcome. Sam kept me informed after every open house and guided me throughout the campaign with integrity.
