As the country/ world are going through a very difficult economic time Sam excelled at negotiating a fair price for the sale of my property prior to auction. He definitely knows the local area. He was extremely professional during the campaign & kept me informed after each open house.

All my queries were handled in a timely manner, and answered in a way you could trust. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding. Unfortunately, today the Real Estate agent is negatively perceived in some areas of the community. Raine & Horne dispelled this perception.

Sam is great, likewise the rest of his team. He is attentive, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and does what he says he'll do. He organised all aspects of the sale of my house, swiftly and without any fuss. While I was hoping to get a higher price, my disappointment was with the market (which had slumped), not with Sam's performance. All in all, I think he did well and I'm happy to recommend him and his colleagues.

Awais, whilst clearly on the side of the vendor came across as fair and had excellent communication. Applying the pressure you would expect as a buyer but with respect and a clear approach to finding a solution for both without just going for the highest price.
