Sam was in constant communication with us through every step of the process. He always returned our phone calls, and gave us constant updates on potential buyers. Not knowing what we were truly after on day one, over a period of 8+months we build a genuine relationship with the team at Raine and Horne (Primarily with Sam Kearney), that fostered an awareness of options that didn't discourage engaging with other agents. The team listened to our wants and demonstrated a real desire to advise and help us find the right property, not just the next property available. They presented a very reasonable sales pitch, and their after sales support and ongoing engagement has been fantastic.
