Working with Rod to sell our unit has been a breeze. Rod is a genuinely nice person , very communicative throughout the whole process without being intruding and is always willing to go an extra step in ensuring that we can sell our property in the best possible way. As we don't live local during the whole sale process, Rod has been able to ensure our pre arranged tradies were able to access the property, conduct their works and also meticulously inspect their works on our behalf in preparation for the house sale. He also gave us honest advice and feedback in relation to inspection turnout and offers we received. Even though we didn't get the price that we initially aimed for, Rod's hard work and great customer service ensured that we were still able to sell the property at an agreeable price.
