Nick was honest from prior to the campaign starting until today when cool off finalised. He treated myself and my family as if we were his own and you find that rare with agents. He wasn’t focused on his commission, he was more worried about getting us a great result. In today’s market you need an agent who isn’t afraid to negotiate or be honest with you and Nick was spectacular with both. I wouldn’t recommend anybody apart from Nick. He kept us well informed through out the campaign and his feedback was precise. Thank you Nick for selling our house!

So I had the place that Nick sold for me on the market with another real estate agent prior to getting Nick to try selling. The first agent promised me the world and couldn’t deliver on his promises and constantly lied to me. Meet Nick and he was so professional and organised it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend Nick to sell your property. He went above and beyond taking potential buyers through even when it wasn't the official open house, he made extra trips to the property just to show it. He gave us weekly reports on the progress of the campaign and what the interest was. He was very professional in his dealings with us and with interested parties. The property was supposed to auction but sold the day before. Nick was able to secure us a very good price that we were happy with. Would definitely use Nick again if I needed to sell another property.
