i had listed my property with other agents in Armidale nsw all seemed to be fairly negative with regards to selling because of covid19 and an upcoming election I rarely give any agent a sole agency on any property i am selling and i have sold many when i approached Nellie she told me that she only worked a with sole agency agreement i asked her why i should give her a sole agency as compared to other agent Nellie gave me a very positive and excited answer that impressed me "because i will sell it faster and for a better price than any other agent" REALLY? i thought to myself but her enthusiasm i like other properties no better or worse than mine were selling at 93000 dollars Nellie listed my property at 95000 dollars and that was what she sold the property at settled 4 months later Nellie and her team were very profissional in the way they handled my sale thank you
