What's around 6 Emmerson St

West is best!

* This 3-bedroom home is found in the established, and often sought after - West Goulburn * From the moment you walk through the door you're greeted with high ceilings, open plan living and a well-lit space looking out over the front and back yard. * The bedrooms all feature high ceilings too and the master bedroom is huge! * The kitchen is modern and the laundry with second toilet has recently had a facelift. * Stepping out the back door you're stepping into a massive, easy care backyard with concrete drive all the way to the mancave! * The double colourbond garage is extremely well lit, has power, wood heating and a small sink too. * There isn't much you'd change about this house - it's close to schools, transport, is on the Canberra side of town, and would make a fantastic investment or first home! Definitely one for the list!

buy from this guy!

Chris really could not have done better. His experience and service was 10/10. A modern agent, with a touch of the send button on social media, emails etc. he will answer any question, day or night. Definitely kept all nerves at bay with the purchase of our first home. Hopefully he is still around when we decide to upgrade to new property!

Got an unbelievable price (literally)

We saw 3 other agents before Chris. All rated our house at $350,000 or below. One agent even said $320,000 unless we spent $10k on repairs!!! We were hoping for $370,000. Chris made us see the value in our house instead of just looking at the flaws and things to potentially de-value it. From word go, Chris was set on getting $400,000 for our house. At first we were shocked, after a day of $350,000’s. We were still undecided whether we’d do repairs. We figured we’d go with Chris because he was not only lovely and highly recommended, but he was the highest bidder (so to speak) and if we didn’t get a price we were happy with we’d take it off the market and do repairs to get up to $400,000. Chris sold our house at the first inspection for $400,000!!! No repairs needed, no BS, no delays... just results. You rock Chris. Just keep doing your thing!
