We decided to go with Andrew with him having lived in the area in the past. Also, we had heard the other agent in town was asking clients to 'restyle their home before listing, otherwise it wouldn't sell, or they wouldn't get the money otherwise expected'. There was none of this with Andrew or his team and we respected that from them. In 3 days of listing our home, Andrew had shown it to ten potential buyers and a deposit was paid within a week. There was no mucking around with us as the sellers and we got more than expected for our home thanks to Andrew. Andrew can be approached and we highly recommend him and his team.
