I met Andrew when I asked him to do an evaluation for my brother's property. Andrew inspected the property and gave an appraisal that pleasantly surprised me. I decided to go ahead with him. Andrew advertised the property on the 'net and placed a "for sale" sign in the front of the property. A buyer contacted Andrew and the property sold quickly ( this was definitely not what I expected , I thought it would take a long time to sell). I've really enjoyed dealing with Andrew and would recommend him to any buyers or sellers.
