We've known Julie and the team for 12 years since we first purchased our property through her, and have maintained that relationship since then. So it was a natural choice for us to decide to use Julie as our agent when it came time to sell, and we are very glad we did. We were initially planning on just renovating the place and renting it, and we sought her advice on approaching it as a rental. I had a great experience with Raine & Horne and Julie regarding the sale of my house last year, Julie is the complete professional while being a wonderful and understanding woman. With my purchase of 2/15 Stuart Street, Helensburgh I was no less impressed ! I had been without a home for several months and felt lost, other properties I was shown did not measure up to what I had in mind as being ideal and then came a call from Julie to alert me that this property was on the market and open for inspection. She knew that I would be very happy in this apartment, that my desirable criteria would be met in spades full ! And upon inspection I was not disappointed. I made an offer and Julie kindly informed me that the owner would not accept less than a certain figure. I thought about it - very briefly - and knew that I must secure the property for myself. So therefore and I might add in accordance with Julie's instructions from the owner, I agreed to settle on that figure and with a shorter settlement period. Julie congratulated me and confirmed that the property was mine ! I have to say that Julie knew of my situation, that I wanted to find another property in Helensburgh and her assistance was invaluable. But it was also the little touches. Awaiting me when the day came to move in was a lovely surprise which really touched me, it warmed my heart.
