We've known Julie and the team for 12 years since we first purchased our property through her, and have maintained that relationship since then. So it was a natural choice for us to decide to use Julie as our agent when it came time to sell, and we are very glad we did. We were initially planning on just renovating the place and renting it, and we sought her advice on approaching it as a rental. However, we also discussed a secondary strategy of having it ready for sale in case we changed our minds. Over the course of about 12 months, she was fantastic and helpful in both lines of discussion, giving us great advice to meet both objectives. She also guided us in planning on when to sell, what price to sell, and strategies for selling and also she generously offered her time and advice on our renovations and additional questions to best prepare the property. She was very transparent and forward with her views on what she thought would and wouldn't work. It was great. Ultimately, we shifted gears last minute towards selling, and Julie responded quickly and within a week we had our property on the market. Julie was fantastic at organising potential buyers and proactively contacted people she knew would be interested. After our first inspection, Julie then called all the people who attended 1 hour later to gather their interest and started negotiating. In the end, we had the deal all done and dusted within 2 hours after the first home open, and it was a record sale for our area. It was a fantastic result!! Julie has also been helpful in connecting us to an agent in QLD for our investment properly who has also been equally amazing. We highly recommend Julie and her team, they are fantastic.
