We were very disheartened to move out and lose her, and told her we wished we could take her with us to our next living arrangement. I have been dealing with Raine and Horne for well over 10 years and our Property Manager has always been Julie Barwick. I first met Julie when I was Asset Manager of the Catholic Church, she managed a property at Mt St Canice Sandy Bay and I was very impressed with her no-nonsense approach when the tenant was not behaving their selves. Later we were lucky enough to buy two investment properties to which I engaged Raine & Horne to Manage, but it had to be Julie who was the person to carry out this task on our behalf. 10 to 15 years on and we are still very pleased and happy with Julie's professional approach, the 3 monthly inspections are carried out right on time, the essential maintenance is performed when required and the communication is outstanding.
