Chris organised the sale of our apartment. He was very professional from day 1 and also friendly and happy whenever we spoke with him. He continued through what was a long selling period until we received a suitable offer. He went beyond the norm when organising the signing of the contract, visiting the buyers and working with us till late at night to get things sorted. We very much appreciate all he has done and would definitely recommend him as a great agent.

I am Noel's son and as a result of my father's decision to move to a nursing home his property at Asquith needed to be sold. Dad had dealt with Chris Hopkins with other property sales and had found him to be honest and helpful. My father was at the point where he was unwilling to handle his own affairs so Chris needed to liaise with both my sister and myself to navigate through the intricacies of the property sales. Dad's property had a large easement which made it more challenging to sell, despite this Chris got a very competitive price in a short time. The reason I have titled this above and beyond was the additional actions that Chris undertook, which includes: - Organising that the house was presented well, including arranging for cleaning; - He visited my father at the Nursing home to organise signatures and paperwork for the sale; - He stayed in touch with me and my sister throughout the process and did whatever he could to help; and - he always returned my calls and was polite and helpful. So overall the actions Chris undertook went above and beyond what I expected.

What a breath of fresh air Chris Hopkins is . We have just sold our property,in some ways it was not a task i was looking forward to . That all changed when we met Chris ,on our first meeting (in our house after-hours ) i had a good feeling. Well i was right the whole process was a joy and so professionally handle by Chris .He has a commanding knowledge of the market and its demands .His extremely high level of communication ,that is his face to face and overall media is fantastic,one just feels in the loop all the time. The sale of our family home was something my sister and I had to undertake reluctantly due to a family illness and from our first meeting with Chris, we felt at ease and comfortable. He had a real feel for our old house and the area. Chris is extremely easy to talk to and he kept us informed every step of the way. Unfortunately the process has taken longer than normal due to a Probate issue from our end and Chris has been more than understanding (as has the poor buyer) and we are so grateful for this. I don't think we could have found a nicer, more amenable agent to take us through the sale of our home and we are very happy with his conduct.
