From the first visit to assess the unit for the sale and decide to go ahead and use Farha as the agent we were impressed. Farha gave us her guidelines or range of what we could expect out of the sale and came in within those expectations. Farha's office staff were helpful and what we like they provided us weekly reports on the progress of the open houses although this was only required for a three-week period as the unit sold quickly.
