Farha’s understanding of the market is great. She is very experienced and she knows how to make the best selling strategy that is suitable to her client. Farha and her team are passionate and dedicated to their work, taking different groups of potential buyers to weekday and weekend inspections tirelessly. On the auction day, Farha and the auction team stayed calm when things did not go smoothly and they built a bridge between us as vendor and the final buyer to make both parties think rationally and made the final deal in the last second. Also, the video they made about our house which posted on YouTube is very professional and impressive. This marketing job has gone above and beyond our expectations.
