GREAT SERVICE
We have known Andrew Davidson for 15 + years, and have always relied on his professional experience for property valuations. When the time came for us to sell our Investment property, we had only one person in mind and that was "Andrew". Our property was handled with care , as there was a long term tenant inplace. The home was listed and within a few weeks, we had a buyer and the price was right.

Service and communication was 11/10!
Jasmin was super attentive to our requirements whilst being honest and transparent throughout the entire process. We are based interstate so Jasmin arranged for some repairs and maintenance to be quoted and completed on our behalf prior to placing the property on the market. We had multiple offers after the first open inspection and our property was under contract shortly thereafter whilst we had very regular (at least daily) updates throughout the entire process. If there was a 7 star option for Jasmin, we would have chosen it!

Selling Our SMSF Investment Property
We had a very pleasant time in dealing with our agent Andrew Davidson from the very first time we made contact until the end of the sale. He had very good knowledge of the market conditions in his area. After inspecting our property a couple of times he advised that we should complete a number of maintenance issues before we put the townhouse on the market. We were happy to go ahead as Andrew thought this would improve our sale value and also produce a quicker sale which turned out to be spot on. He went out of his way to check the work was being done and efficiently. He was able to provide us with a Queensland conveyancer as we were in NSW who were also extremely efficiently. All communications were over the phone as we were located in NSW and everything as was performed in an extremely friendly and professional manner. From the time the townhouse was advertised for sale on social media we kept informed of each step. The results for us was extremely good as we achieved a quick sale at a very good price. We would have no hesitation to recommend Andrew to look after the selling of one’s property.
