Carrara is a suburb we had not really considered purchasing a property in. When 8 Sharne court was listed,my wife and I decided it was worth a look . Upon arriving at the property Andrew was there to greet all prospective buyers with his tape measure indicating 1.5 metre to remind all persons of social distancing. Andrew had first hand knowledge of this property, as he had sold it 16 years ago. Andrew had a laid back but a very sincere and positive attitude, not only to us but all persons attending the open for inspection.
