RUSSELL showed good knowledge of the market and the suburb, was very courteous and receptive to our requests for multiple inspections etc. However fell apart where it mattered with hand over. We had to do all the work of collecting keys and arriving at our new property without any fanfare. I have experienced and have knowledge of agents presenting keys and welcome packs at the property. Ours was collecting keys and a welcome pack from a rude receptionist at the Real Estate. How times have changed, it’s only the biggest purchase you make, you would expect some fanfare and appreciation of your purchase.

We had been in the market to buy a home for a few months and had previously made offers on other homes so the process wasn't new to us but Russell's amazing service was!! He took the time to go through the contract with us before signing, (which no agent had ever done before !) was patient as we juggled with children whilst we viewed the home. After contacting 3 other agents we chose Russell Shepherd because of his easy going manner and expertise in the local market. He was able to secure for us an extra $50k on top of some other estate agents appraisals. Russell managed to achieve in just 2 weeks a contract on our property & negotiated us a very pleasing deal. Due to no fault of his that contact fell through. Russell never gave up and was always very positive. He came through with another contract in a reasonably short time.
