Kathy knows her stuff

I was so pleased to find Kathy to help me sell my house. She was able to steer me to the people who would be interested in my house and was able to arrange for many of them to view the property. My property would only appeal to certain types of buyers and Kathy knew this and had many, many contacts from her experience that she could call upon to determine their interest and impressions. The expectations I had concerning the amount I might expect to receive upon selling my house were way out of proportion and Kathy was able to provide many means of determining it's value to prospective buyers. Kathy had to go the extra mile to help with many aspects of the sale and settlement and was always very professional and intelligent in handling all the problems that arose. Kathy did sell my house and so helped me to move on to the next chapter in my life. I am very appreciative.
