In late 2018 we employed Rob to sell our home opposite Kiama Harbour. As a "top end" property, it was important to us that our agent was honest, hard working and someone that we were comfortable dealing with. Rob had a reputation for being professional and on meeting with him, we were satisfied that he was more than capable of advocating on our behalf. Like most people, we have never held real estate agents in the highest esteem and in recent years, the buoyant market has meant gaining a listing was all an agent really had to do as properties sold themselves. Unfortunately, our timing was not ideal and we entered the market as it was crashing. This meant a marked fall in prices across the state due to a surplus of available houses and a level of buyer uncertainty we had not seen in the previous 6 or 8 years. That, coupled with a tightening on lending made Robs job one that few agents would fight for. As the saying goes, 'it's easy to sail a yacht in calm waters' and Rob was confronted with pretty much the perfect storm. Rather than withering, he excelled beyond our expectations. He turned up week after week to open houses, he met people after hours on a constant basis and he provided us with feedback and reassurance when it was most needed. We can not speak highly enough of Rob, his work ethic, his commitment, his ability to negotiate or his professionalism. He is an outstanding agent and one that I would certainly not hesitate to recommend or use myself in the future.

Robert recently sold our unit in Kiama his knowledge of the area and what the market was currently achieving was informative and great to hear , He set out to sell our unit which was a little different to a usual style {hotel style } with all his experience and ended up with a great result for us.
