In late 2018 we employed Rob to sell our home opposite Kiama Harbour. As a "top end" property, it was important to us that our agent was honest, hard working and someone that we were comfortable dealing with. Rob had a reputation for being professional and on meeting with him, we were satisfied that he was more than capable of advocating on our behalf. Like most people, we have never held real estate agents in the highest esteem and in recent years, the buoyant market has meant gaining a listing was all an agent really had to do as properties sold themselves. Unfortunately, our timing was not ideal and we entered the market as it was crashing. This meant a marked fall in prices across the state due to a surplus of available houses and a level of buyer uncertainty we had not seen in the previous 6 or 8 years. That, coupled with a tightening on lending made Robs job one that few agents would fight for. As the saying goes, 'it's easy to sail a yacht in calm waters' and Rob was confronted with pretty much the perfect storm. Rather than withering, he excelled beyond our expectations. He turned up week after week to open houses, he met people after hours on a constant basis and he provided us with feedback and reassurance when it was most needed. We can not speak highly enough of Rob, his work ethic, his commitment, his ability to negotiate or his professionalism. He is an outstanding agent and one that I would certainly not hesitate to recommend or use myself in the future.

Robert recently sold our unit in Kiama his knowledge of the area and what the market was currently achieving was informative and great to hear , He set out to sell our unit which was a little different to a usual style {hotel style } with all his experience and ended up with a great result for us. I would recommend Robert to anyone that is considering selling in the area .

We began our real estate relationship with Robert three years ago when purchasing our first coastal property. His ongoing integrity and commitment in providing up to date market data, inspired us to list our Kiama investment property this year with amazing results. Whether you are the vendor or buyer, he always endeavors to keep you in the loop and works creatively to secure fabulous results. During the recent sale of our Manning Street property, Robert worked his magic by keeping all channels of communication open, being flexible and developing suggestions “outside of the box”. Now our buyers have a beautiful forever home in the idyllic Kiama and we can begin our next adventure. Thank you again Robert- your professionalism and dedication to providing a positive sale experience is greatly appreciated!

We purchased land from Rob in 2015. During this process we found him knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. When it came time to sell property we were developing, he was our first choice as our agent. Rob did not disappoint as he provided feedback on our plans, formulated a strong sales plan and made a sale on our property in the first 24 hours it was on the market. We highly recommend Rob as the number 1 agent in Kiama. Angela and Peter

We would like to thank you Robert for making the sale of our villa much less painful than we had anticipated! It was helpful that you kept us up to date with the proceedings at every stage, so we could forge ahead with our own plans. Your willingness to be available at any stage to answer questions - or listen to us moan - a delight! I have already recommended you to friends who are looking to sell in the near future safe in the knowledge that you will work well with them.
