Professional
Robert was very professional and helpful in the sale of our home. He always kept us up to date with interest from potential purchasers. Spent a lot of time and effort to sell my unit when the market was not favourable to sell at all
Having contracted with two other real estate agencies and having very little interest and offers, I contacted Robert Perea at Raine and Horne Kiama and he was eager and determined to be able to sell my unit. He held inspections and open homes with very small attendances and little interest or offers - he did give me feedback and kept me up to date with other properties that were for sale in Kiama and were being sold at reasonable prices. I wanted to sell my unit so that I could move to Queensland and be close to my sons and grandchildren - there were no firm offers for nearly 3 months. He still spent time and effort to hold open homes and inspections and kept keep me informed . After nearly four months Robert advised me that he had received an offer to purchase at the price I had requested, which I accepted.
