Louise acted quite professionally and obviously trying to balance the interests of both the vendor and us the buyer. Of course, we are happy for having bought this house, and as a matter of fact, the vendor got a significant amount of money more than expected at the start of sale. Having said that, we still appreciate Louise for having made an extra effort in order to secure our purchase of the property. She was also quite cooperative for obtaining the permission from vendor to let us have the key of the house on daily basis a few weeks before the settlement, thus enabling us to make the house ready for moving in soon after the settlement. We are grateful for all her efforts.
