Our hassle free house purchase.
From the first moment we stepped into the office at Raine and Horne we were greeted by very friendly staff. Naomi provided us with a map to look around estates in Kingaroy that would be suitable for our requirements with no obligation on our part. In October we contacted Naomi again who was so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. In all the dealings with Naom she went beyond our expectations, answering our phone calls and emails immediately, she made our move to Kingaroy hassle free. Naomi was very helpful from start to finish.

Outstanding Result!
Considerable thanks to Naomi for achieving the result we needed. Naomi worked with my wife and I for approximately 18 months prior to the ultimate sale of our property advising on presentation, market trends, buyer activity and the like. Her market knowledge proved spot on. As a result , by the time we listed for sale, the house was prepared and presented immaculately. Within a fortnight we had a sensible offer very close to asking. Helpfull through the whole process from start to finish.
It was my first time selling a property but it was made a lot easier with the help from Callum. If you're a first time seller you must do your research and familiarise yourself with the processes involved in selling. Research your local agents and find one that will help you with the process from start to finish. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Callum to anyone as his agency is a full service agency and they will help you through the whole process. Dont be afraid to ask lots of questions.
