John was prompt and informative upon showing the property. I was the first to view and offer was accepted. I was also an interstate buyer. I was not impressed when I reached out for assistance, only to be told that he didn't care if it didn't sell to me as he had 8 other interested parties, but would see what he could do. I was dumbfounded but moved on. Upon settlement, while I received a lovely congratulations from one of his colleagues, I received no congratulations from John. Despite this, he was helpful in allowing me access to see the property when I arrived in QLD, so when it came to showing the property, I have no complaints.

I contacted John via phone with the goal to sell unoccupied area of land, that I had purchased a number of decades ago. At the time of calling I was visiting my family in Brisbane, but needed to fly back to London where I live full time. John was immediatly very responsive demonstrating a knowledge of the area, and the current market status; the potential for sales of such a property.
