John was prompt and informative upon showing the property. I was the first to view and offer was accepted. I was also an interstate buyer. I was not impressed when I reached out for assistance, only to be told that he didn't care if it didn't sell to me as he had 8 other interested parties, but would see what he could do. I was dumbfounded but moved on. Upon settlement, while I received a lovely congratulations from one of his colleagues, I received no congratulations from John.
