I would give Michael more stars if I could!
I could not be happier with Michael and the experience of selling my deceased father's unit through him. I always knew it was going to be a difficult time to sell with 10 interest rate rises, high inflation and flattened prices around Sydney and in the Kogarah area. Michael and I discussed this at length and he was honest with me and did not sugar coat it. There were a few hurdles with some ongoing work to be completed at the property prior to the sale. I valued his advice on what level of preparation was required to sell. During this time he was patient and offered his assistance in any way, he kept in contact with me until the works were completed and all the associated clean up work was done after. An excellent marketing campaign that Michael created, saw a record number of people through on the first inspection and a great deal of interest in the property. His dealings with my tenant were very respectful, he was polite and considerate which I appreciated. Michael is one of those hard working, trusting, honest people and he is also a really nice person. He was genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about our property and the industry in general, with a great knowledge of the Kogarah area and its surrounds. In the end we had 2 solid buyers and he tactfully managed to get an excellent result for us. I cannot recommend Michael more highly to sell your property, you will be in excellent hands.

Excellent and professional service in selling our family home
Michael and his team (Enzo and Kelly) were excellent and professional from the moment of my initial contact with him as we were preparing to sell my mother's home, which has been in the family for over 50 years. Michael was honest in his appraisal and realistic at all times about the current property market. His local knowledge was an asset to the marketing campaign and he ran an excellent campaign resulting in a very good result in the sale our home, above our initial expectations.
