Had a bit of drama getting my mum and dads unit ready for sale. Mum and dad had moved into a retirement home so everything was left to me. It was a massive job getting this ready. To add to the challenge, the Sydney Real Estate market was softening during the Covid 19 pandemic, and I knew we would have to be realistic about price. I needed an agent that had the market knowledge and experience and Enzo was fantastic. Enzo kept me updated all the way through, so that I could let my sisters know what was happening all the way from start to finish. Top class agent in my opinion.

I have known Michael for over 9 year l brought this Villa over 9 years ago he has managed the property at the rental stage which l did not have any problems in 9 years speaks highly of him and his staff and the sale went well but l new l had Michael looking after it but l was still nervous about the market. Michael had a two weeks to complete his marketing plan on selling the Villa from signage to advertising and action day. I have got to say Michael and his team have done a great job and and a great result for me on the day with a great turn out by the public and bidding on the day. I would recommend Raine&Horne Kogarah to anybody they did a great job selling very professional in all aspects of selling and thank you Michael and your team again.
