I have known Michael for over 9 year l brought this Villa over 9 years ago he has managed the property at the rental stage which l did not have any problems in 9 years speaks highly of him and his staff and the sale went well but l new l had Michael looking after it but l was still nervous about the market. Michael had a two weeks to complete his marketing plan on selling the Villa from signage to advertising and action day. I have got to say Michael and his team have done a great job and and a great result for me on the day with a great turn out by the public and bidding on the day.
