Highly recommended for buying or selling
He showed me around the property prior to the formal inspection, and as I was the first to make an offer at the asking price, he gave me enough time to sort out my finances and legal stuff. Once my offer was accepted by the vendor he gave me peace of mind by keeping me regularly updated and ensuring that I was able to secure the property despite interest from many other potential buyers.

You'd be mad if you didn't talk to Michael and Enzo at Raine&Horne Kogarah
We researched and interviewed three local agents to manage the sale of my parent’s home at Kogarah. Michael Pyliotis and Enzo Puopolo from Raine & Horne Kogarah impressed us with the professionalism of their presentation, and even more so with their energy and enthusiasm. While we were considering the proposals of the three agents Michael was the only one to call me to thank us for the opportunity; the only one to call me to see if we needed further information; and the only one to call me to assure us that they were very keen to secure our business and sell our property. He stopped calling me just short of becoming annoying. This was exactly to sort of perseverance and determination we wanted in a real estate agent. Michael and Enzo worked very hard over the sale period and kept us honestly informed every inch of the way.
