Terrible. Did not even obtain the lowest end of the price-range he said the property was worth in his Agency Agreement. Encouraged me to accept every low-ball offer that was submitted, even with ridiculous terms like a 12 week settlement. Charged $3690 for 'advertising' - I guess that A4 piece of paper that he handed out at inspections (which looked as though I had printed it out myself) cost a fortune. He was a complete waste of my time and money.
