Second time
John sold my first unit in 2007 for a very good return. I contacted him again, as an area specialist, to sell my unit this time. I was spoilt the first time it sold at first open. This time it took a little longer (4 opens) however I still got a wonderful price.

Brett had my interest at “Hello”
Brett had presented the property extremely well. It was like he was selling his own place. His presentation was professional and inviting. He followed through with any query I had and made my experience as a buyer comfortable. When I first inspected the property I did not have the intention of buying, just looking. Brett drew me in, and now I am very happy with my purchase. Can’t wait till settlement.

Great experience

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness

Honesty and integrity - a rare find these days!
I was delighted with my experience using John as the sales agent to sell my apartment in the city. He was efficient with gathering information, honest in his appraisal and always available. You can really tell he enjoys his work and loves to help people with selling their homes. I'd highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who has good communication skills and comes with a bundle of honesty and integrity - attributes which seem to be increasingly rare these days!

New to Adelaide
John was very positive and helpful as I was purchasing the property from overseas during the COVID 19 pandemic. Everything was taken care of very easily online - he found me a very reasonably priced and thorough conveyancer and even arranged to have a tenant in the unit by the settlement date. His communication was excellent as was that of his team. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic Agent
John was a very efficient agent, gave good advice about preparing the property, was prompt, a great communicator, well presented, and worked hard to achieve a higher price for us than we expected, achieved a cash sale, with a 30 day settlement, and managed to sell the unit from the 1st open. He organised the open inspection at the best time, his advertising programme was very descriptive and it gave a comprehensive view of the features of the unit. We recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling, you will have a very experienced, agent working for you.

Honest and good communication
John sold our house for a good price during the Covid pandemic. He was honest with us throughout the whole sale process to keep our expectations realistic and he kept us informed every step of the way.
