Well Worth Engaging John
John and the team at R&H Kurralta Park managed our investment property for 8 years so when it was time to sell, we had no hesitation in engaging John as our agent. We met with John to discuss expectations, etc and from there, the process was relatively simple and stress free. Within a few weeks and only a couple of Open Inspections, we had a number of offers and after discussing these with John, we were able to accept the best overall offer (price and conditions) and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Outstanding Real estate agent; Brett exceeded our expectations throughout the entire selling process
He sold my unit in two weeks; he went above and beyond, very happy with the sales price. Brett's knowledge of the industry has been excellent. His marketing skills particularly introductory video was excellent. He understood our sensitivity around looking after our tenant in particular selling the property during the lease period, he looked well after all parties involved.
