Reliable and trustworthy agent.
Throughout the sale campaign, Tim was straightforward in his communication and easy to contact. He went the extra mile to open the property for me outside of regular inspection times so that I could view it ahead of the auction. He was always professional in his conduct, and I was confident leading up to the auction that the sale was transparent. I would recommend this agent.

Tim Boyan is excellent at his job
I engaged Tim Boyan to sell my investment property in Lindfield, and he was extremely helpful with providing tips and hints on fixing the property prior to listing it for sale. Tim is very calming in nature - Tim and his team eventually listed my property and was able to secure a buyer after the first inspection. I would strongly recommend using his services if you are in the upper north shore market.
