We used Rebecca as the agent to sell our house. I had met her at other open houses I had been to in the past couple of years and was impressed by her back then! From Day 1 she was attentive and helpful. She communicated with us every step of the way and kept us informed at all times. Rebecca is a fantastic agent and I would 100% recommend her. Getting a good price was an added bonus!

Nathan is an enthusiastic agent and his advice for a vendor can be daunting as any sale can be I am sure, but Nathan's expert opinions were spot on. I'm glad we listened. The results we received were a record for our block in an uncertain housing market so we were very happy with the outcome.

This is the second time we have used Nathan to sell our property. After our first successful sale there really was only one person we were going to call to sell our second property. His knowledge of the Lane Cove market is second to none. During the sales process he kept us fully informed of potential buyers, gave us intelligence on how inspections were going. Nathan was always available on the phone to discuss progress of sales campaign and kept us up to date with weekly sales reports. With our second property sale handled by Nathan we once again achieved an amazing result at auction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nathan to anyone.

We were selling our house which we built, after 42 years living there. This was made easier as we felt in control of the process with Rebecca. She sent us profiles of every person who visited at the Open House, this included friends, neighbours, and browsers as well as possible buyers, this was written down so we could go back and look later. Without ever seeing any viewers, we felt we knew who might possibly buy our much loved house, we didn't feel sidelined but part of the process which was important to us. We have, and would in the future, recommend Rebecca to our friends who are downsizing.

Rebecca and her team have made selling our home the most amazing experience. Professional, approachable and supportive every single step of the way. Selling a home for the first time can be incredibly daunting but they made the process an easy one by answering all of our questions and alleviating any concerns that we may have had. Rebecca is committed to her clients and that was proven by her getting the best price possible for us prior to auction. It is no surprise that she is Lane Coves #1 agent. - Trent and Lochie

Nath is a good agent and was transparent in the buying process. I’ve been dealing with him for a while and finally purchased through Nath in August 2019. Nath was reliable and on hand to answer any queries I had.

Nathan sold our apartment when the market was at its lowest so we knew he was 'up against it' . He followed every lead and injected and warmth into each and every open home. HE took the time to find out everything he could about prospective buyers. When it came to auction day, he had a clear strategy which had been approved with us beforehand. We were never 'leftin the dark' and there were never any nasty surprises. Nathan acted with total professionalism throughout, and became a friend in the process. He comes highly recommended!
