Nice to have an honest agent

Although I have had a very bad impression of real estate agents in general, and I'm happy to say Oscar is only one of two agents I've encountered where their honesty and integrity stood out by far. My first impression of Oscar came from a property that we did not win. When we asked about the price range, he did not try to hype the place up and actually was honest about the property not being in an attractive school catchment area which would mean the price was more reasonable. He was right and it gave us confidence in Oscar's credibility. For the property we did buy, Oscar helped us enter very late into process. During the bidding, he did not use any high pressure sales tactics, and his advice was always genuine and well considered. In hindsight I feel had I listened more to Oscar's advice on bidding, we probably would have paid less than we did. Overall, Oscar was a complete professional helping us through a grueling auction process. We are very happy with his service and manner. We would love to have the opportunity to work with him again.
