We had such a great experience selling our apartment with Oscar and Mackenzie. They were really knowledgeable, easy to deal with and genuinely seemed to care about selling our place and getting a good result for us. They made the whole process straightforward and took a lot of the stress out of it. They were always on top of things, kept us updated and got everything moving quickly. We really appreciated how much effort they put in.
Oscar and his team did a fantastic job selling our apartment off market very quickly. They made the process very easy and a great result for us. Highly recommend Oscar if you're selling an apartment in this area, they know the market extremely well!
Oscar was fantastic. Great communicator and always made time for our questions. Did the best he could in a challenging market! Would recommend
Oscar and Mackenzie were an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning, they were professional and knowledgeable, while also genuinely caring about making the entire experience as smooth and stress free as possible for us. We are so grateful for their expert guidance and support throughout the selling process. What could have been a stressful experience was made calm and manageable through their excellent communication and negotiation skills. They were also incredibly helpful as we navigated the purchase of another property at the same time. We couldn’t recommend Oscar and Mackenzie highly enough. They went above and beyond for us, and we’re incredibly appreciative for all their help and support.
Oscar and Mackenzie are fantastic to work with. They are upfront and honest in dealing with you and prospective buyers. Always keeps you in the loop and their approach to sales and strategy keeps you involved all the time. I've bought from them and had the same experience on the other end and cannot recommend them enough to buy or sell from.
We were fortunate to work with Oscar throughout the sale of our property. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome. His expertise in pricing, sales strategy, and adapting to market conditions was exceptional, with every recommendation clearly in our best interests. Equally impressive was his persistence in pursuing buyer opportunities and following up where others might not. We would gladly work with Oscar again.
