Janet has sold 2 properties for us in Bucasia Mackay. I have dealt with many agents over the years but none as special as Janet. She is a total professional and goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent. I have got to know Janet so well through the sales of our properties that I now class her as a friend. She has a wonderful sense of humour and has a knack of putting everyone at ease very quickly by explaining things in a no nonsense, straight forward manner. The second property we sold was tenanted with an elderly couple renting our home and Janet was wonderful with them explaining everything and being very compassionate as it was a big move for a couple of their age so it was very important to us to make them feel comfortable about the sale and to keep them posted with regular updates. She even went to the trouble of dropping in little gifts as a thankyou for co operating while the home was on the market. When the property was on the market I decided to get the front area of the home and the gardens tidied up to present it well for inspections and I asked Janet to organise for a gardner to do the work but when she received the quotes she decided that it was too expensive and to save me money she took it upon herself and with the help of her son, went around to the property on a Sunday in her own time and on her only day off and pruned and tidied all the gardens and then disposed of the green waste. I dont know of anybody else that would have taken the trouble and effort to do that so hats off to Janet, she is one in a million. If you are considering selling your home put Janet at the top of your list and she will make it her mission to get your property sold.
