We first met Janet at an open house we attended and we were immediately impressed with her warm, engaging manner and knowledge of the local market. As we were considering selling our property we asked Janet to appraise our property. We had already asked a number of other agents from different agencies to appraise our property but we had not found one that we felt was on the same page as us; they were either focussed on "their" strategies, prices, tactics without much consideration of our needs and budget or they offered ridiculously high appraisals just to get our listing. Like I said. Wonderful. Janet was the 1st and only agent I called to see. I did not need to go anywhere else. She had a home that was book marked in my favorites and she offered to show me through immediately. Janet came across as a person who knew her occupation well and that made Joy and I feel we were in safe hands. Janet was courteous to our lack of knowledge when in the process of purchasing a home and explained things very clearly.
