I have known Janet for a number of years and I have watched her passion for real estate over time. When the time came to sell my house, I didn't have to think hard as to who I wanted to sell it for me. Janet’s expertise and experience and the fact that she lives locally and the office is in the Northern Beaches area made the decision easy. Being close to home, this was a big advantage for me as I wanted buyers to be able to look at my home at the drop of a hat and Janet was there on the ground at all times. I can not speak highly enough of the service and support that Janet provided us during the process of our recent home purchase. We were house shopping from a remote location many 1000's of kilometers away, and Janet responded by going to great lengths to help us. This included some fabulous amateur cinematography, so we could view video footage of the properties we were interested in. The staff in the Raine and Horne office followed up with efficient, organised and freindly service, that made the process of our property purchase a breeze. I would definately buy another home through Janet and also sell one. She is not only open and friendly she is honest and professional in what she provides as a Real-estate Agent.
