The proof of the pudding is in the eating...

Filippo D'Arrigo got the job done - and it was quite a job, in the end. Having had my property on the market with a competitor for some 4-5 months with no proper nibbles, I sought a second opinion from Fil and his team at R&H Marrickville to see what they could do differently. While elements of the campaign were similar, Fil was relentless and kept at it until my property sold. In a weakening market, the price was always going to be less than I wanted. But after it passed in at auction, Fil got over the line with the purchaser and we made the sale. Happy days.
