MIchael sold my apartment in Dulwich Hill

Michael PIzzata did a great job with the sale and marketing of my apartment - I'm not naturally the most trusting of people when it comes to real estate agents, but now that it's all over, I'm actually very happy with the outcome. Michael communicated well at all stages of the campaign, essential as I was interstate for most of it, and on auction night the sale price was more than I thought I'd get - now some of that is no doubt due to the market, but the process followed by R&H and Michael in particular undoubtedly helped maximise the sale price. He was always very professional and quick to respond to anything I asked of him. Recommended.
