We choose David as our agent because his sales were at the average price for the area. Not necessarily getting him the most sales but achieving a sale price above other agents in the area. He was honest with us and called each week to keep us updated and as was necessary to discuss strategy. The property sold after about 6 open houses and we were very happy with the service. We would recommend David as an agent for someone wishing to sell in the Weir Views / Melton area.
