Kieran was very helpful in assisting with pre auction preparation for the sale of a deceased estate in an area we were not familiar with. The campaign leading up to an auction went well with very high visitor and inspection numbers but then Covid19 lockdown number 5 was thrust upon us, less than a day and a half before the advertised auction time and date. The stuff of nightmares! Kieran did not wish to lose the momentum and interest level by cancelling or postponing and quickly moved into first and only submitted email bid mode with a pleasing result! Property sold with a price we were happy with and terms we were hopeful for. Best of all, as with all prior dealings with Kieran, we were released from a stressful situation and felt at ease doing so. Kieran was pleasant, professional and thorough to deal with and he comes with our high recommendation.

I engaged Kieran Carson to sell my property in Melton in the nick of time, i.e. early February 2020 - prior to the Corona Virus spreading here in Australia. Kieren handled the sale exactly how anyone would have expected a professional Real Estate Agent to complete the sale. I took his recommendations and finalised the sale without any delays or problems. Kieran also recommended me a good legal firm, who handled the legal issues professionally. Incidentally my property while rented was managed by Raine and Horne, Melton, this was an advantage as Kieran and Cara knew the area very very well.
