Right from the beginning, I found Michael to be friendly and genuine. When I walked into what was to be my new home, it was love at first sight! By this time, I'd been in the purchasing jungle for a few weeks so I was expecting to be "just a number" with no real interest from the agent. But Michael did not come across like that. He took the time to explain things to me as this was also my first home. Things went very smoothly and we ended up settling a little early which was fantastic for us. Overall, it was a great experience, we're very happy in our new home and I would totally recommend Michael to anyone, whether buying or selling.
