After buying a home at auction, we were after a quick sale of our apartment at the right price and Nick absolutely delivered! He was calm and confident from the outset, assuring us that he had buyers at the ready. Within a couple of days Nick did indeed have a potential buyer coming through to inspect and from there everything accelerated so fast it almost seemed too good to be true. Within the space of 1 week we moved from initial inspection, to reports being ordered, to price negotiation and then sold! At the final step we discussed with Nick that the offer price was a bit lower than we were ideally wanting and he managed to negotiate an additional increase to a price that we were very happy to sell for.
