Best real estate agent we have had. Andrew gave us a clear insight into the prices and availability of similar properties and proposed a well suited marketing strategy, but where he went above and beyond the normal agent involvement was in assisting us to prepare the property for sale, ( organizing minor repairs, cleaning and even disposing of unwanted furniture).
