A great experience from start to finish
Katie was great to deal with in the lead up to us putting our investment property on the market then throughout the entire sale process. As we're not from the area, she was more than willing to give us an insight into how the local market had been performing without pressuring us to make a sale. Katie was also quick to arrange for the property to be inspection ready and get the right potential buyers through, leading to us securing a great price in a very short period of time! We would definitely recommend Katie as a great selling agent for anyone looking to sell their property.

Above expectations

Disappointed
She was quick to ring to tell us of an offer had be received but no communication from then on …. No email phone call to say the property had sold we only were aware of this as our legal representative had rang to tell us ….. very disappointed with the whole process

Professional yet down to earth.

Fantastic Agent
Katie worked really hard to ensure that our property was well advertised and shown to many potential buyers. We received a number of offers and she was able to give us sound advice on the market and similar properties in the area. When one offer fell through after being accepted she immediately went into action to contact buyers and was able to get us another offer. Highly recommend.
