Sam has grown up with Real Estate in his blood. Helping out in the office at 9 years old, it was inevitable that this is where his career would lead. Sam has completed his Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and in November 2023 will hold a Dual Stock & Station and Class 2 Real Estate License. Sam works across both our offices and assists both our Property Management and Sales Teams. He is ready and willing to assist wherever he is needed and is an invaluable member of the team. In his spare time; Sam enjoys all that our beautiful area has to offer and especially loves skateboarding and surfing with his son.

With her diverse experience, exceptional organisational skills, and bubbly personality she is your 'go to' girl for anything administration related in the permanent rental department.

Fantastic property management

Tracey and her team have managed our investment property for the past two years. Tracey and Kirsty are so friendly and both are extremely organised and nothing is a hassle. Maintenance is organised quickly and when the property was vacant for a short time, they quickly found a suitable tenant. I highly recommend using them for property management :)

Amazing as always

I have been renting for 25 years now and dealing with the team at Raine & Horne for the last 8 years. In these exceptionally hard times to secure a rental property Tracey has gone above and beyond to find our family a beautiful place to call home. Tracey would keep in contact with us at all times which gave us peace of mind that we would find a new place to call home hence easing the stress immensely. As usual amazing as always Tracey. Very Professional

R&H Nelson Bay are a very professional agency. Always helpful and courteous. The jewel in the crown is Tracey Tiltman! Very approachable and accomodating . As newcomers to the Bay, Tracey made us feel welcome and had some great tips about local services, shopping and restaurants. Thanks Tracey and the R&H team!
