Sherry has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the first time we met her until the sale!
Sherry kept us fully informed with all that was happening until the successful fast sale of our unit. She was always available to answer any questions and had a great knowledge of our units and the local area. Sherry has been very professional, friendly and easy to talk to, we knew from the first time we met that we would be confident to put our sale into her hands..

Sold within a week after many months with another agent.
Very transparent and listened to what I wanted which made the experience great Had had many months of frustration with another agent but Sherry actively promoted my property and sold the n the first week. Beyond grateful for the fast and efficient service. Nothing was too difficult. In my opinion she promoted the positive aspects of the property which led to the sale. Highly recommend

Positive experience, professional, friendly and great experience.
Louise is an outstanding realestate professional. She communicates effortlessly and is always happy to answer calls. Thanks to her expertise and strong knowledge of the market, I got the best price. You can’t go wrong with Sherry. She goes above and beyond ensuring your sale. You’ll be very happy.
We could not thank Sherry Christian enough for all of the effort she had put in for the sale of our property. We used Sherry when we first purchased our property with plans to retire in Salamander Bay, however a change in circumstances prevented us retiring there, which meant we needed to sell. When it came time to sell, we decided to use Sherry again but this time we were vendors. Sherry went above and beyond. While Many would have walked away, Sherry took it upon herself to follow through with this sale after she had left the selling agency. It was fortunate for us Sherry had a rapport with the tenant who was living in our property since we first purchased it. The tenant was quite inactive in moving out, and would not make an effort, but with Sherry’s help (more than you can possibly imagine), it was only at the final hour the tenant was out and in a new residence. I might point out, the agent that was renting out our property (not the same as Sherry’s selling Agency) made minimum effort to assist. We had to go to Tribunal and by this point, for the second time in a few weeks, Sherry took hold of the reins and was adamant in all she did. Sherry has stood up for us, kept in touch with us post sale and has give us much needed solid support. Sherry knows just how much to push, when to push and when to back off. The advice she gives is knowledgeable advice. We sincerely hope Sherry has success in all that she does. Belle Property are very lucky to have her. She is one in a million. A genuine professional who helps make buying as easy as possible!
What is noteworthy about Neil and the service he delivers is that he genuinely is interested in the win win. Both serving the buyers interest and the sellers needs to meet a standard of service where "nothings a problem". I first met Neil when living in Melbourne during lockdown flying back forth attending auctions and openings. During this process we met quite a few estate agents in the area, and Neil was one of the stand outs. Happy to help, friendly, made himself available, responded to emails and texts promptly and was able to negotiate our requests etc with ease. Over the 9 months that we started our search to the purchase of two properties from Ranie & Horne, Neil has left us with good memories of our experience. He was always proactive with keeping in contact and I am sure we will stay in touch for future buying / selling opportunities. It is nice to experience what is a very special time in ones life ( buying a home) in the company of a professional who actually likes people & smiles and has a laugh. I would sum up Neil as relational rather than transactional. Which makes all the difference. A quality and skill sadly lost by many within the service industry. Well Done Neil & Thanks!
