I found that at the beginning Sherry was in contact with me frequently once I had signed the agent contract the contact became infrequent and I would have to call her. My property was also managed by Raine & Horne and the feedback from them was always that the property was being maintained the feedback from the prospective buyer was that in need a lot of work. I was told that there were not many properties like mine available and it will be sought after and that I could achieve the higher end of my valuation this was not the case as after several weeks I had to settle for the lower end.
