We discussed the sale of our mothers house with Tony, going into what could be done to ensure a sale would be successful. Tony had a list of potential purchasers ready to go as soon as the house was ready to go on the market, and even a couple house buyers in the period before it went market. Once we were ready with the minor upgrades and appropriate presentation for mum's 1950's house we went to market.
