•In the first instance Daryl took his time to research not just the market, but also the profile of the potential buyers. His advertising campaign and approach to the impending sale was highly effective. Given that the property was being tenanted by a long-term tenant during this period and we were intending to find the right buyer where the tenant would stay. This provided more of challenge i believe for Daryl, but he just worked with what we had, including very inclement weather during inspections. As this was our first time selling a house in the 40 years, Daryls guidance, prompt communications, and steadying of our nerves has been highly appreciated. A good man to have on your side, his experience just showed.

On meeting with Daryl at a property for sale, all parties involved were happy, pleased with the outcome once we talked and exchanged initial formalities things just progressed from there over the next few weeks, settlements usual 6 weeks conveyancing process, and a great outcome, and thank you Daryl Johnson of Raine & Horne Newcastle, Daryl was a fantastic help with the transitions liason between vendor, tennant access and myself.
