I had the pleasure of Duncan Gordon representing my property in Earlwood. Firstly and arguably most importantly, I was very impressed with the result of my sale, going far above my expectations and reserve. I must admit at first I was somewhat unsure of having my house listed with an agent outside of the area, but Duncan wiped that feeling away right from the outset. Duncan and Adam manage a very professional service with plenty of great offerings/suggestions on marketing and the overall campaign (trust his recommendations, I did). A sale of a property can be emotional, but I must admit that due to the clear and honest communication from Duncan throughout the entire campaign made it a rather exciting time.
