Michael was quietly confident and clearly knew his stuff. He always worked to achieve at least our reserve which we stated before even signing up for the campaign. The coordination of work necessary to prepare the unit for sale was extraordinarily efficient. The trades people used were competent and did their respective tasks in a very timely manner. The result was outstanding at $100,000 above our expectation. Would definitely use the team again if selling another property.
