ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING AGENT

I can't thank Michael and his amazing team enough for the campaign they ran for the sale of my apartment. They did an absolutely phenomenal and flawless job and worked incredibly hard with huge open houses every week. The sale price was beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect it to go anywhere near $900,000 for a one bedroom. But to get $84K over my reserve, was absolutely incredible and I believe it is the highest selling one bedroom unit in the history of Newtown so far at $934K. It made selling what was an amazing unit all the more easier after my recent separation. Michael communicated twice weekly and was open and transparent throughout the process. When choosing the agent, all I did was research who was the best agent in Newtown and went with that. It paid off hugely for me. I also wanted the best auctioneer in Damien Cooley but I know all the work was done by Michael and his team at Raine and Horne to get that price and I am forever grateful and wouldn’t every hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in the future.
